Starting Hourly: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience    Silver Creek Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving San Jose and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals.    Currently, we are looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our Milpitas location.    Schedule needed: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals.    Currently, we are looking for a part time Physical Therapy Technician for our Sunnyvale location.    Schedule needed: This is a part time schedule for 16 hours per week. Monday & Wednesday 8:20 am - 5:20 pm
